All sales are final. We only accept returns for items that are defective or damaged during shipping.
Eligibility for Returns
To qualify for a return:

The item must be defective or damaged by the shipping carrier.

It must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition you received it.

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Proof of purchase is required.
How to Request a Return
Email us at puffpuffbags@gmail.com to request a return. If your return is approved, we’ll send a return shipping label and instructions. Do not send items back without prior authorization — they will not be accepted.
Damaged or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately so we can make it right. All approved returns require an RMA.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item is defective, follow the return process. After approval, you may place a new order.
Refunds
If your return is approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method after inspection. Please allow time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
